12 June, Sunday - leaving Dar es Salaam
We take pictures with our friends after we’ve packed and strapped
and say goodbye again. We are not sure whether we will meet one another again on
the road, but we will hopefully see them when they come to Swakopmund.
We have also decided not to go down the coast any further, but
head inland again to the Malawi border. It is a road we’ve been on –through the
Baobab valley, and we sleep in the Baobab Valley camp again which we enjoy as
much as the first time. I use the little charcoal stove that the Brits gave me
for the first time and make a wonderful
potjie.
